Well here is the poem I have promised. It's rather short, but at least it's finished!
Thanksgiving is the time
To give thanks
The time to come together
No matter the weather
Count your blessings
Do it one by one
You'll be old
By the time your done
Enjoy your life
Now and forever
Thank your family
For not saying whatever
