This was a poem that I wrote for someone very close to me. We wouldn't be best friends if there were no fights. Everything's alright now, if you wanted know. I don't know whether or not she wants me to mention her name, but I will! Shout outs to Gabby....and Tiffany, who is also another dear friend.
I messed things up
But I didn't really mean to
And if you walked out
I wouldn't know what I'd do
I don't really know
Why I can't get it right
Friendships should be easy
And free of fights
I was very stupid
And I'm the one to blame
For it was my fault
That I played the game
Won't do it again
Don't wanna fight anymore
I just wanna go back
To the way we were before
Don't wanna ruin our friendship
Or I would die
Cause I can't live without you
And that's not a lie
You're my best friend ever
So please don't go
I never meant to hurt you
Just so you know
I hate losing friends
Don't wanna go through it again
So please forgive me
If you possibly can
I really hope that you will
Because I still want you around
I don't ever want that to change
Cause you're the best that I've found
